You can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact us before returning an item so we can advise on the process.

Warranty

AAIRSK electric bikes come with 1-year warranty support, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This excludes normal wear and tear and damage from misuse.

Faulty or damaged items

Contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the issue and we will advise on a repair, replacement or refund.
